She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pera Bradley and Carrie Saunders Bradley; her husband Howell Sapp; and her siblings, Helen Louise Bradley, Tava Sue Bradley, Frank Lee "Dick" Bradley, Noleta B. Clark, Ruth B. Tallent, Ed Bradley, Weaver Bradley and Fred Bradley.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Patricia Ann Bradley of Mount Vernon, VA; her nieces, Lisa Marie Bradley Epps of Mason Neck, VA, Leigh Ann Bradley of San Diego, CA, Betty Sue Tallent Cabe of Franklin, NC, Freda "Judy" Tallent of Franklin, NC, Elizabeth Clark Hall of Franklin, NC and Margaret Clark Snyder of Franklin; and her close friends, Martha Jackson and Sean Mullis.
