She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive father John Bagby; her daughter Anna Rutland Hoskins; her husband Frank Rutland; her son John Rutland of Asheville; and her siblings, Sally Bagby Davis of Lacey, WA, Dave Bagby of Tampa, FL and John Bagby of Mt. Prospect, IL. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
