She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Collins and Margaret Sisk Collins. She is survived by: her husband Frank Howell; her children, David Wayne Howell of Shelby and Kristie Howell Lovelace (Matthew) of Patterson Springs; her sisters, Carol Champion of Shelby, Frances Collins of Campobello, SC and Vicky Leidy (John) of Rutherfordton; her grandson Milo Isaiah Lovelace; and her close friends, George Tessener, Bell Donaldson and Nancy Moss. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
