It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Rice of Frank, North Carolina, born in Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rice and Esther Rice (Leckron); and his siblings, Donald, Eugene (Mary), Delores Jones (Victor) and Sharon Jansky (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Salseg; his children, Gary Jr. of Willow City and Brenda Rice of Minot; and his brother David Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
