He is survived by: his wife Michele Victoria Moore (Shell); his pets, Kai, Pockets and Shadow; his nephew Jeremey Follis; his niece Ashley Allen (Joe); his brother-in-law John Palasik (Jennifer); his nephew John Palasik III (Ashley); his nieces, Breanna Palasik and Megan Palasik; his sister-in-law Ramona Bender (Robert); his nieces, Dawn Bender, Tiffany Bolin (Gerry), Christi Bancewicz and Jenna Ciccarelli (Mike); and his nephew Rob Bender (Jennifer).
