She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Crumbaugh; her children, Jim Koehn, Sue Root (Brian) and Jenny Koehn (Jim Street); and her stepsons, Steve Crumbaugh (Melanie), Stuart Crumbaugh (Sonja) and Jeff Crumbaugh (Lois). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
