He was predeceased by: his wife Rhea R. Boelter. He is survived by: his children, John David Boelter (Robbin) of North Kingstown, RI, Robin Boelter Osmanski (Mark) of Minneapolis, MN and Michael Alan Boelter (Paule) of Munich, Germany; and his grandchildren, David R. Boelter, Matthew J. Boelter, Karina M. Osmanski, Leilica Boelter and Joseph Boelter.
