He is survived by: his wife Pam Gregory Massengill; his children, Greg Massengill (Jessica) and Sarah Massengill Adams (Tyler); his grandchildren, Grayson and Reece Massengill; his brother Larry Wayne Massengill (Lena J.); and his parent-in-law Jackie Gregory.
