It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilbur Massengill Sr. (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James T Massengill and Vonnie Massengill; and his sisters, Ruby, Lois, Eula, Ruth and Nettie.

He is survived by: his wife Betsy Barefoot Massengill; his sons, Wil Massengill (Kary) of Wilmington and James Massengill (Valerie) of Raleigh; and his granddaughter Lily Massengill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
