She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayden Gibson and Pearl Harless Gibson; her husband Thomas Trent; her daughter Sheryl Bannister; and her siblings, Kay Smith, Eric Gibson and Gordon Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Ball of Ky, Herbert Ball (Brenda Jones) of Smithfield, Jack Ball (Rose) of Ky, Hayden Ball (Donna) of Princeton and Vivian Johnson (Greg) of Willow Spring; and her brothers, Hayden Gibson (Toby) and Larry Keith Gibson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
