He is survived by: his significant other Merlene Thompson Toole; his daughter Laura Tysinger; his siblings, Mavis Peoples of Four Oaks, J. R, Leroy Toole (Teresa) of Smithfield, Danny Toole (Wanda) of Kenly and Dennis Toole; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Kyndall Adams of Four Oaks and Liliya Barbour of Benson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
