She is survived by: her children, Christopher Hayes (Amanda) of Four Oaks and Melisa Hayes (Donald) of Four Oaks; her fiancé Raymond Allen of Four Oaks; her siblings, David Hayes (Bonnie) of Smithfield, Rayvon Hayes (Sharon) of Smithfield, Joe Hayes of Virginia, Sylvia Wall (Donnie) of Benson and Linda Stephenson of Smithfield; and her grandchildren, Erica Hayes, Landon Hayes, Manuel Vitela, Jeanetta Vitela, Madison Hayes and Breyden Hayes.
