It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Dale Stewart (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter "Bud" and Pearl Lena Lee Stewart; and his siblings, Mildred Lee Stewart, William Worth Stewart (Elizabeth), Mary Catherine Talton (Hugh), Wilbur Edward Stewart, Ray Stewart, Ronald Keith Stewart, Linda Lou Tart (Billy), Wade Hampton Stewart (Josephine), Dailey Stewart (Callie), Carlis Stewart (Ruth) and Pearl Ethel McRoy (David).
He is survived by: his wife Anita S. Stewart of Four Oaks; his daughters, Amy S. Cox (Vince) of Four Oaks and Staci S. Matuszewski (Tom) of Durham; his grandsons, Caleb Cox, Aaron Cox, Christopher Matuszewski and Michael Matuszewski; his sister-in-law Barbara Stewart of Four Oaks; and his caregiver Pam Adams of Selma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
