With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Carl Shaw (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, D. C. Shaw and Carrie Lee Beasley Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Judy C. Shaw; his children, Chris Hinnant (Anna Marie) of Wilmington and Melissa Finch (David) of Four Oaks; his grandchildren, Rhys Finch, Thomas Hinnant, Zoie Finch, Emerson Hinnant and Ely Finch; and his sister Barbara Shaw of Four Oaks.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Inc. (5820 US-301, Four Oaks, NC 27524). A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 346 in Four Oaks, the Bentonville Fire Department (care of James Beasley) or the James Bryan Creech Public Library in Four Oaks.
