We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2023, at the age of 75, Penola Louise Frye Scott of Four Oaks, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Frye, Sr. and Evelyn Louise Yow Frye; her brother Billy Ray Frye, Jr.; her significant other Charles Ervin Scott of Troy, NC; and her pet Dixie.
She is survived by: her children, Charles DeLee Scott (Michelle) of Spruce Pine, NC and DeAnna Scott Haley (Kelvin) of Four Oaks, NC; her sister Paula White (James); her grandchildren, James Aaron Haley, Austin Scott Haley, Evelyn Grace Scott of Spruce Pine, NC., Marquise Williams and Garrett Jernigan; her daughter Becky Shearer; and her pets, Izzie, Carti, Max and Cali. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
