With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn B. Hart Temple (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on December 22, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Basham and Marie Bratcher Basham; and her son Steve Nelson Kidd. She is survived by: her close friend Ray Temple.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Johnston County Animal Shelter 115 Shelter Way, Smithfield, NC 27577.
