He was predeceased by: his parents, Almon Ray Langston and Gladys Cox Langston. He is survived by: his wife Janet Byrd Langston; his sons, Gary Langston (Connie) and Brent Langston; and his siblings, Betty Lewis (George), Flora Person (Larry), Edna Higgins (Steve) and Billy Langston (Ruth). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
