He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mock and Flonnie Allen Parker; his wife Angeline Blackmon Parker; and his brother Willie E. Parker. He is survived by: his son Joseph Brian Parker; his daughter-in-law Jessie Brown; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Parker (Matthew Pearce), Brianna Parker, Samantha Parker and Ryleigh Parker; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Welsh (Paige), Louie McLamb, Ann West (Carlton), Florie Mae Barbour, Ira Parker and Harvey Parker (Betty Rose). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
