He is survived by: his wife Eva S. Wise; his children, Charles Wise (Annette) of Dillsboro, NC, Cindy Markham of Pine Level, Angela Morgan of Clayton, Kelly Wilson (Michael) of Four Oaks and David S. Jones (Shelby) of Four Oaks; and his brothers, Richard Wise (Patty) of Tennessee and James Wise (Nancy) of Clayton, NC.
