He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Parker and Esther Lee Parker; and his sisters, Larue Hines and Joyce Royster. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry D. Parker, Jr. (Karen) of Dunn, Kent Parker of Four Oaks, David Parker (Cindy) of Four Oaks and Corey Parker of Smithfield; his sister Janice Smith of Four Oaks; his grandchildren, Morgan Parker, Cullin Parker and Claire Parker; and his children, Faris Rd and Greenville.
