She is survived by: her mother Joan Wade Brooks of Harkers Island, NC; her husband Allen Martin; her children, Ben Martin and Caroline Martin; her brother Pat Brooks, Jr. of Harkers Island, NC; her nephew David Brooks; her niece Rebecca Brooks Mann (Chad) of Harkers Island, NC; and her pets, Max and Finley.
