With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Victor Halliwell (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Halliwell and Virginia Halliwell; and his siblings, Nancy DeLoach, Karra Kay Willis and Brian Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elizabeth Britt-Halliwell; his children, Karra Kay Hester (Jason) and Tammy Lynn Halliwell; his grandchildren, Ruth Hester, Liam Hester, Kayla Dominguez and Joshua Halliwell; and his siblings, Bobby Scherr, Jenorra Morgan (Gary) and Karla Chandler (Chuck).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mill Creek Christian Church, 747 Mill Creek Church Road, Four Oaks, NC 27524.
