He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Parker Sr. and Bethany Allen Parker of Four Oaks; his son Mark Parker; and his sisters, Melverine Blackmon and Myrtis Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Carol Parker; his daughter Beth McLamb (Eddie) of Benson; his grandchildren, Savannah Parker, Cameron Parker, Courtney MacDonald (Zack), Aaron Parker (Megan), Faith Woodall, Hunter McLamb and Gracie Parker; his stepchildren, Preston Parker (Alisa) of Smithfield and Jessica Parker of Four Oaks; his stepgrandchildren, Jaylie Gibson, Kylie Gibson, Tyler Gibson, Daylon Parker and Phoenix Parker; his great grandchildren, Miranda Parker, Sarah Ann Woodall, Aayden Parker, Kinsley-Grace MacDonald, Mason Parker and Harrison MacDonald; and his sisters, Careleen Blackmon of Benson and Betty Jean Williams of Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
