He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Joseph and Roberta Marie Fowler O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Dale Adams O'Neill; his sons, Ben O'Neill (Jennifer) and Daniel O'Neill (Lindsey); his granddaughter Addyson O'Neill; and his siblings, Doreen Ferrare, Pat Rippa and Tom O'Neill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
