He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Howell and William Tadlock; and his former wife Vara Hines Tadlock. He is survived by: his wife Luna Darden Denning Tadlock; his children, Joyce Tadlock Davis (Robert) of Grantham, Charles Tadlock of Grantham, L. H. Denning (Linda) of Grantham and Lenny Denning (Karen) of Grantham; his grandchildren, Robert Jay Davis (Carolyn), Joy Davis (Jonathan), Cassie Tadlock, Brad Denning (Crystal), Brandon Denning (Juana) and Lance Denning (Bethany); his niece Betty Brantley (Al); and his nephews, James Tadlock (Rita), Danny Tadlock, Don Tadlock (Pat), Gerald Tadlock (Linda), Linwood Tadlock (Terry), Sherwood Buckalew (Connie), Malcom Buckalew (Lynn) and Henry Wood (Sandy). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.

Flowers are welcome but memorials may be made to St. John Pentecostal Holiness Church.
