She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hartley and Gladys Worley Hartley; her husband James Edward Baker; her son James Durwood Baker; and her siblings, Barbara Worley and David Hartley.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Dale Baker (Jodie) of Four Oaks, NC and David Bennie Baker (Cathy) of Four Oaks, NC; her grandchildren, Damy Baker, Chris Baker, Deborah Baker, Heather Hernandez, Emily Baker and David Baker, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Alina, Ellie, Junior, Mattie and Emma; and her brother Percy Hartley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Inc. (5820 US-301, Four Oaks, NC 27524). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barbour Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery (164 Barbours Chapel Rd, Four Oaks, NC 27524).
