He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Marveline Lee; and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his significant other Gwen Carter; his siblings, Ann L. Ennis (Gary) and Donald (Laura); his nephews, Len Ennis (Jennie), Garrett and Hunter Lee; his niece Kathryn E. Hudson (Chris); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Graham, Garron Hudson, Kaylee Ennis, Hannah Ennis and Kate Hudson; his aunt Mary Lou Parker; his uncle T. W. Lee (Regina); and his friend Luis Perez.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations to the Blackman's Grove Baptist Church Future Building Fund in care of Eddie Wood at 5187 Stricklands Crossroads Road, Four Oaks NC 27524.
