She is survived by: her children, John Pittman of Spring Lake, Phillip Breedlove of Belgium, Kasandra Breedlove of Wake Forest and Tana Bryant (Stacy) of Holden Beach; and her siblings, Hubert Lance Pittman Jr. of Knighdale, Anthony Pittman of Four Oaks and Pam Hicks (Doug) of Zebulon. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
