He is survived by: his wife Mandy Leftwich; his siblings, Linda Leftwich Moore of Spanaway, WA, Rodney Henderson Leftwich of Mills River, NC and Philip Robbins Leftwich of Asheville, NC; his nieces, Diana Moore and Margaret Anne Leftwich; his nephew Brent Michael Leftwich; his stepchildren, Frankie Hall (Melissa) of Roseboro, Jamie Hall of Roseboro and Amy Hall of Roseboro; and his stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Noah, Gracie, Preston Hall, Dustin Carter, Brianne and Brittany Arnold.
