It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Clayton Atkins of Four Oaks, North Carolina, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Luna Hamilton Atkins; and his brother Grady Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Johnson Atkins; his children, Angie Pierce (Curtis) of Newton Grove, Tina Williford (Chris) of Benson, Anthony Johnson (Kristal) of Wake, Angela Bailey of Raleigh and Daniel Atkins II (Alexis) of Willmington; his brothers, Darrell and Mike Atkins; and his grandchildren, Annah Pierce, Sarah Pierce, Blake Williford, Caroline Williford, Savannah King-Wilkes, Charlotte Johnson, Austin Marie Johnson and Clayton Johnson.
