She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Eric and Bertha Mae Webb Peacock; and her brothers, Valton Peacock, Dallas Peacock, Sherrill Peacock and Ray Peacock.

She is survived by: her husband Samuel C. Price Sr.; her children, Dianne Butler (Ricky) of Benson, Roger Price (Pam) of Four Oaks, Sam Price Jr. (Dina) of Four Oaks and Cathy Beasley (Danny) of Benson; her grandchildren, Jamie Butler, Ashley, Katey Butler, Jonathan, Jade Butler, Drew Price, Lauren, Sean Parker, Samuel, Allison Price, Kaitlyn, Cameron Hall, Jordan, Heather Beasley and Kaylee Beasley; her great grandchildren, Logan Tyler, Josie Tyler, Samuel Butler, Abby Parker, Nolan Parker, Riley Price and Gerard "Gere" Hall; and her brothers, Gordon Peacock (Lois) of San Francisco, Russell Peacock (Lois) of Florence Mississippi and Larry Peacock (Olia) of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
