With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Adams Williams (Four Oaks, North Carolina), who passed away on March 13, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cleo and Eva Everette Adams; her son Shannon Dean Johnson; her siblings, Edith Moore, Wanda Boyette and Johnny Adams; and her brothers-in-law, Sherrill Phipps, Sr., George Massengill, Sr., Carl Williams and Leroy Williams.
She is survived by: her husband James "Poodle" Williams; her children, Anthony Williams (Kim) of Coats and Buffy W. Marcum (Brad) of Benson; her grandchildren, Everette Harrell, Hannah Harrell Williams (Reid), Aiden Marcum, Taylor M. Myers (Reed), Ashley Williams, Ryan Dorman, Kelly Dorman and Austin Williams; her siblings, Edna Phipps of Benson, Brenda Adams of Newton Grove, Diane Massengill of Four Oaks and Harold Adams of Benson; her godchildren, Deanna Massengill Lassiter and George Massengill, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Williams, Wanda Williams, Glenda Norris (Jerry), Ginger Adams, Thomas Moore and Roscoe Williams (Jean). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
