He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvia Lee and Ivan Earl Westbrook; his brother Lafayette Earl Westbrook; and his significant other Jackie Marie Summerlin. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Westbrook Rios (Vic), Eldridge Troy Westbrook (Julia) and Geneva Westbrook Cox (Jimmy); and his nieces and nephews, Margaret Rose Westbrook, Amy Leigh Batey, Eric Todd Westbrook, Paula Westbrook Hunter, Jonathan Reece Cox and Susan Geneva Westbrook. He is also survived by his parents, and his brother.
