He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sumlin Mangum; his sons, Greg Mangum (Barbara) of Matthews and Stuart Mangum of Boone; his brother Arthur Grant Mangum of Rocky Mount; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Sumlin (Diane) of Fountain.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel (4226 E Church St, Farmville, NC 27828).
