He was predeceased by: his parents, William Owens and Madie Gray Owens; and his siblings, Buck Owens, Fay Joyner and Evelyn Owens.
He is survived by: his nephews, Ronnie Joyner (Maire), Bruce Owens (Flo) and Keith Owens (Anita). He is also survived by numerous great nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
