He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Harrell and Lina Webb Harrell; and his siblings, Helen Owens, Gray Walston, Ray, Ervin and Billy Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Gay Harrell; his sons, Eddie Harrell (Meredith) of Macclesfield, Jackie Harrell and Bobby Harrell (Hope) of Fountain; his sister Rosa Lee Baker of Elm City; and his grandchildren, Hunter and Catie Harrell.
