He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank Ellis Sr. and Helen Phillips. He is survived by: his stepson Alfonza Ellis; his niece Mattie Ellis of Farmville, NC; and his sister Gladys Vines of Richmond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
