She is survived by: her children, John Edward Voter, III, Cynthia Voter Smith of Fayetteville and Tina Voter Cleary (Jeffrey) of Raeford; her grandchildren, Ashley Voter, Lindsey Cleary-Corriston, Paul Smith Jr., Jeffrey Cleary Jr., Michael Cleary and John Edward Voter IV; and her great grandchildren, Devyn Cleary, Jeffrey Cleary III and Shayna O'Quinn.
