He is survived by: his brother S. Army; his wife Frances Jacqueline "Jakey" Morgan of Temple; his children, John Elbert Morgan of Murphreesboro, Jack Carr Morgan (Cheryle) of Waveland, Joanne Marie Morgan Fox of Temple and Janet Lorraine Morgan Marton (Reed) of Canyon Lake, Texas; and his sister Melba (Rex Stokes) of Houston, Texas.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
