He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Homer Blice and Elsie Blice-Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Pam Trout Blice; his children, Hayden Blice of Charleston, SC and Jessica Blice (Aaron Schmitt) of St. Petersburg, Florida; and his brothers, Chris Blice (Debbie) of Pittsboro, NC, James Blice of Worth and England.
