She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert C. Culbreth and Ollie Bertha Robertson Culbreth; her husband Ernest Bailey; her son Donald Nelson Bailey; and her nephew Jeffrey Culbreth.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Bailey (Peggy) of Lake Bowen, SC, Diann Bailey of Durham and Regina Seelbach of Durham; her daughter-in-law Shirley Bailey of Union Mills; her niece Becky Boone; and her nephew Phillip Culbreth. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a number of great-great-grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
