Sally Matthews Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Matthews of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Augustus Moore and Alice Lorraine Sonafelt (Sonie) of Baton Rouge, LA.; and her sister Jocelyn Moore King. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her sons, Seth (Jessica), Travis (Antonia) and Will; her grandson Weston; and her siblings, Sonie Milton (Kent), Margaret Foote (Frank) and Andy Moore (Ivy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, 374 Hudlow Road Forest City, NC 28043.
