She was predeceased by: her parents, W. D. Holland and Odele Butler Holland; her husband John E. Pye; her sons, John Thomas Pye and Terry Lee Pye; her grandson David Pye; and her siblings, Lib Rash, Margaret Lockridge, Sylvia Morrow, Nyle, Walter and Tommy Holland.
She is survived by: her son Russell Pye (Diana) of Cliffside; her grandchildren, Brandon Pye (Michelle) of Gastonia, Matthew Pye of Forest City, Brad Pye (Harley) of Forest City, Christa Pye of Raleigh and Jessica Pye of Forest City; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Brittany, Lyndsey and Carson; and her great great grandchildren, Ayden, Owen and Parker.
