Russell Wayne Adkins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 88, Russell Wayne Adkins of Forest City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Louise Fox Adkins; and his parents, Eules Adkins and Bessie Mae Wheeler Adkins. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Hall (Curtis) of Rutherfordton, Timothy Adkins (Tracy) of Rutherfordton, Chris Adkins (Lisa) of Rutherfordton, John Adkins (Rhonda) of Mooresboro and Lisa Adkins of Forest City; and his siblings, Harold Lee Adkins of Shreveport and Wanda Phipps of Virginia. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren.
