She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Cannon and Elizabeth Baynard Cannon; and her siblings, Russell, Ralph, Clarence Cannon, Bertie Pearson, Beatrice Pace, Vestie Gentry and Ruby Greene.
She is survived by: her spouse Gene White Sr.; her children, Donna Dimsdale of Forest City, Libby Cole (Tony Sturgill) of Forest City, Paula White, Gene White Jr of Forest City and Rex Towery (Virginia) of Rutherfordton; her sisters, Marie Phillips and Helen Byers (Garland); her grandchildren, Justin Cole, Brandie Cole, Andrew Dimsdale (Hannah Lawter), Haley Davis (Jamie), Jeannie Starnes (David) and Jeff Towery (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Kalil McDowell, Cody McIntyre, Clint McIntyre (Caden), Haley Jarrell (Matthew), Brett Towery and Ben Towery; and also, Nancy Connor, Amy Arrowood and Mike Cole.
