She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Walsh and Helen Lee English Walsh; her husband Thomas J. Gaizick; and her children, Mark Maynard, Thomas Gaizick, Diane La Pierre and Gail Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Praino (Rose) of Forest City, Paul Maynard (Rita) of Forest City, Ronnie Maynard of Mooresboro, Michael Gaizick, John Gaizick of Rutherford County, Nancy Rivero of Forest City and Cathy Giannini of Mooresboro. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
