He was predeceased by: his mother Janie Burgess Lewis. He is survived by: his father Ed Lewis; his children, Christopher Lewis and Jessica Henson (Will) of Forest City; the mother of his children Sheila Lewis of Forest City; his brothers, Scott Lewis (Amanda) of Shiloh and Rodney Lewis (Shirley) of Morganton; his grandson Aiden Henson; and his close friend Debra Haag. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
