He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace "Tubby" Gene Couch and Charlene Fields Couch. He is survived by: his wife Jean Couch; his daughter Kitty Michele Norris (Lance) of Kings Mountain; his grandchildren, Kathryn Norris, Samantha Jenkins and Brandon Jenkins; and his siblings, Frankie, David, Chris Fields and Hilda Pierce.
