He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Stowe Upton and Bessie Pearl Crowder Upton; and his son-in-law Ron Filer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tate Upton; his daughters, Paula Upton Bowen (Ricky) of Forest City and Donna Upton Filer of Forest City; his sister Fannie Brackett of Sunshine; and his grandchildren, Megan Upton, Mitchell Filer, Daniel Bowen and Jared Bowen.
Mask and social distancing are requested by the family for the safety of all attending.
