She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dean Shehan and Eula Dobbins Shehan. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cecil Vickers; and her children, Robert Scott Vickers (Denita) of Forest City and Debbie Vickers Harris (Scott) of Rutherfordton. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one expectant great-grandchild.
